The main purpose of the proposed project is construction of public, storey above-ground garage that would be designed with verdant walls and  the porch on the roof made of plates with photo voltage cells which could provide a basic power supply of these facilities. These facilities would be particularly important for the central urban area where the existing parking lots of ground floor would be turned into a green area towers that would be vertical gardens during the whole year with combination of green.

The main elements of the garage are:
- The system of verdant walls and roof in the form of the roof park,

- Storm water recirculation system for controlled irrigation of green surfaces using system "drop by drop"

- The system of election of energy-saving lamps from the saving lights program and from the elements of solar photo panels for using solar energy that will provide power for all electricity users in the building.

Finally, together with presented architectural constructing solution, we also presented an investment overview with options that give insight into reasonableness of  investment and the deadline for reinvestment.

Overall installed capacity in assessing investment value electrics for “Green garage” is about 15 kw which is really little, because simultaneous power will be about 6-8 kw. The garage will have excess electricity for selling it to the local distribution which means that it is energy self – sustaining, because it is predicted installations of solar panels of about 30 kw.
