In accordance with European trends which refers to the protection of the environment and use of renewable energy Serbia accepted the obligation to adopt and implement the plan of the implementation of the Directive 2001/77/EC on the promotion of the electricity from renewable energy sources.
Referring to this, Ministry of Urbanism, Planning, Mining and Energy issued the relevant legislation and regulations that regulate the installation and connection of the renewable energy sources to the Serbian electricity network. Among the rest the Ministry brought the decision about subsidized price of electricity (feed-in tariff) for users who want to set up a photovoltaic system and in the way to relieve the energy system, and then they also can get privileged status.
The members of the CONSTRUCTION CLUSTER OF ŠUMADIJA AND POMORAVLJE wanted to participate in the implementation of the renewable energy so they decided to realize the solar power plant project, and to offer that system to interested Investors on “turn key basis”, from obtaining previous conditions, across preparation of project documentation, to the implementation of the project and putting the plant on the pace.
FROM JANUARY 2013 UNTILL TODAY THE MEMBERS OF THE CLUSTER IMPLEMENTED TWO MINI SOLAR POWER PLANTS WITH POWER CAPACITY OF 30KILOWATTS, AND THERE ARE THREE MORE, STILL IN PREPARATION, THAT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED UNTILL APRIL 2014.
